Stay in scenic Horseshoe Bay in stunning Texas Hill Country 45
minutes northwest of Austin in this cozy lakefront townhouse on open
waters of Lake LBJ. Guests can enjoy two private balconies and a
huge patio atop the boathouse facing east to take advantage of
beautiful sunrises and shady afternoons overlooking this constant-
level lake. The recently tiled main and lower levels have been
redecorated and updated to allow for greater comfort. Three
bedrooms include one king and two queen beds plus a portable crib.
All baths are tiled. The lower-level game room has a full-size
sleeper sofa and twin bunk beds. The unit contains three TVs, a DVD
player, two VCRs, and a CD player. Cooks will enjoy the well-
equipped kitchen.

Summer 2008 (May 1-Sept. 30) $600/night; $3000/week; $4800/bi-weekly; $6600/month
Winter 2008 (Oct. 1-April 30) $350/night; $1750/week; $2800/month; $1500/month if booked more than two
months.
Two-night minimum. Three-night minimum on holidays.
$150 cleaning fee. Rentals are subject to a 6% room tax if less than 30 days.
Reservation and Security deposit required to hold reservation.
No smoking & no pets.
