Welcome to our beautiful townhome villa located at luxurious 24-Hour 
Guard-Gated Emerald Island Resort in Kissimmee, Florida. Just 3 miles 
from Disney World main gate. 
 
No cramped pool deck!  No Shade from nearby houses blocking that  
fabulous Florida Sun! No shortage of pool chair, tables or  
loungers!  And best of all, no extra charge for pool heat! 
 
Nestled beside the spacious open-air pool and jacuzzi,surrounded by  
lush landscaping and soaring palm trees, this 2-story  
townhome is the "prime" location in Emerald Island's Townhome  
Resort.  
 
You cannot get a better location.  This section of the resort offers  
guests a private and enjoyable pool setting.  Simply walk out the  
sliding door and patio to the pool and jacuzzi only a few feet  
away.   
 
The home is tastefully furnished with the master bedroom (en suite) 
on the second level, with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool.   
Perfect for relaxing after a long day visiting Orlando's  
attractions, and viewing the gorgeous sunsets.   
 
Decorated with your holiday in mind, there are "extra comfy" sofas  
in the family room.  Excellent for lounging and watching TV, DVDs,  
listening to music or playing games.    
 
The dining room and kitchen are fully furnished with all cutlery,  
cookware, appliances, tea kettle, coffee pot, microwave, etc.  
Perfect set up for gourmet cooking to preparing snacks or ordering  
food in from the many fantastic restaurants close by.   
 
There are games, cards, books and Playstation just in case a day 
inside suits your taste. And don't forget to bring your favorite VHS 
or DVD movies!
