We fell in love with this home and our guests do too. Eagle Heights  
is our beautiful, family owned property in the tranquil community of  
Eagle Pointe located on Poinciana Blvd south of the 192. 
In a spacious 2300sq ft of comfortable air conditioned living area  
you will find 4 Gorgeous Bedrooms, three bathrooms ( 2 being  
ensuite), a sunny south facing pool and everything else you would  
expect from a luxury villa with all the comforts of home.   
 
  
At Eagle Heights we also provide simply oodles of extras for you to  
enjoy.

With a young family to cater for we knew what we were looking for  
when we rented our first Florida villa. A safe home environment to  
come back to after a hectic time at the Disney Parks and a sun  
drenched pool to dip into and cool off. So when we decided we liked  
it so much we wanted to buy that Place in the Sun of our own we were  
looking pretty much for the same things, but this time it would be  
ours which we could then share with Guests who wanted that same  
feeling of comfort and relaxation.  
 
Picture yourself there now, sitting on the south facing pool deck  
with that refreshing drink in your hand while the kids play in the  
water and the sun warms your skin or soaking away your aches and  
pains in our Hot Tub. But it’s not just the pool and  
tub to enjoy. There is also the 2300 sq ft of Fully Air Conditioned  
living spacetoo. 
 
Eagle Heights has plenty if space for you and your family to enjoy,  
all furnished and equipped to a high standard for your comfort. 
 
Downstairs, and overlooking the pool, you will find the open plan  
Family Room with it’s 32 inch TV with Full Cable Package, DVD. VCR,  
Play Station and Hi Fi along with a selection of Films, Games and  
Music for your enjoyment.  
 
The open plan Kitchen comes complete with all the appliances you  
could need. There is a range, microwave, dishwasher, kettle,  
toaster – everything down to the last tea spoon is provided. The bay  
window looking out over the pool has a table and chairs to enjoy  
both home cooked meals and the relaxing view.  
 
There is also a more formal Dining and Lounge area to the front of  
the villa. The Lounge has 2 Sofas, one of which converts to a Queen  
size bed for those extra guests. 
 
On the ground floor you will also find the first of the Master  
Suites, which comes with a double bed, shower room, ample built in  
closets and TV with Cable and Games console  
 
New for October 2005 we have added a games room with Pool table, Air  
Hockey and Table Football.  
 
Up the grand staircase you will find the main Master Suite – which  
is extremely spacious and well equipped. The bed is a King size and  
it is dwarfed by this room’s proportions. There is plenty of storage  
available in the walk in closets as well as a large en-suite  
bathroom with Walk in Shower and His and Hers wash basins so no need  
to worrying over who gets ready first. All linens and towels are  
provided so all you need bring is your toothbrush.  
 
The two Twin Rooms are found to the front of the house and they  
share the third bathroom. One of the twins is decorated for children  
in a Mickey Theme. Our youngest Guests have all reported they love  
this room. Here you will also find the collection of children’s  
stories which can be enjoyed, snuggled up in the Mickey throws after  
a long day of Fun. But if you are a little older the Throws can be  
removed to make this room a little more “Grown Up”. Our last twin is  
suitable for older children or adults alike with plenty of storage  
space as well as a TV with Cable Package and DVD player. 
 
We like this sleeping arrangement as it means you can put your  
children to bed at night without fear of them being kept awake if  
you would like to watch a film or listen to music of an evening. For  
those guests with young children we also provide a crib, high chair,  
bath seat and baby monitors at No Extra Cost to you. 
 
On the large landing area upstairs you will also find our Wireless  
PC and printer. This comes complete with a full Microsoft Office  
package ( if you really cannot tear yourself away from work) and has  
[High Speed Internet Access] so you can keep in touch with friends,  
Family or heaven forbid, work if needed. We have MSN for the kids to  
keep in touch. Also Skype has been installed from which you can make  
phone calls home Free of charge. 
In this area you will also find sheleves of books and Board games if  
you just need a quiet night in after a hectic time at the parks. 
  
Eagle Heights could not be better suited for your needs in it’s  
location. We are situated in the very peaceful community of Eagle  
Pointe, just 4 miles south of the 192 and all it has to offer. The  
community is built around lakes and woodlands and offers a tranquil  
contrast to the hustle and bustle of the Parks and the Kissimmee  
area. And yet you are still within an easy drive to the action.

modern furniture, great pool and ideally located so close to the  
192. Who could ask for more?  This was our first time renting a  
villa and found the experience so enjoyable that we have decided  
that this is the only way to holiday in the future.  We would  
strongly recommend your property to anyone who is considering  
holidaying in Orlando.

I can't tell you how much we enjoyed the accommodations.  Everything  
was as lovely as you stated in your ad!  We had a wonderful time and  
I would love to return again next year!  For your own information  
the villa was spotless upon our arrival.  I only called the  
Management team once to ask them a question and they were very  
helpful and very friendly!  Thanks again for everything!  I used to  
be a travel agent and your villa was one of the nicest  
accommodations I've ever rented! You and your management were also a  
pleasure to deal with.

We had such a great time that we decided to remain in Orlando for a  
further week, and arrived home Thursday morning. We stayed at Lake  
Berkely which was organised by Florida gold, very nice villa but  
yours was much more spacious and private. We all had a thoroughly  
relaxing time and the kids loved it. In fact I will be returning  
without any doubt.

the three of us rattled round like peas in a drum, but it was

Distance to Attractions 
 
Orlando International Airport is 30 minutes drive whilst Sanford is  
1 Hour away. 
 
The Mouse can easily be reached in 10 – 12  minutes. Close enough to  
pop back for a swim and return for the Fireworks later in the  
evening of required. 
 
Universal – 25 minutes. 
Sea World/ Discovery Cove – just 20 minutes 
 
If you like the beach you can reach the Cocoa Beach in just 50  
minutes or the clear waters of the Gulf in just over the hour. 
If Golf is more your thing then Eagle Pointe is in the central  
location for all the Orlando area has to offer to golfers of all  
standards. 
For all your Grocery need there are a choice of two 24 hour Walmart  
just 2 minutes drive from Eagle Heights.
