beautiful suite you've ever seen- hands down!! Enjoy and get what  
your looking for in a gulf front property.  The best view from  
sunrise to sunset from your paradise in the sky!!  Wake up to the  
sunrise and enjoy the sunset all from your suite.  The Ft. Myers  
Beach cresent beach shape and the position of our unit provides the  
truely best views available in the complex both day and night.  
Sorry - NO SMOKING OR PETS PERMITTED INSIDE THE UNIT. 
 
During your vacation we invite you to enjoy our brand new mahagony  
Maui beach house bedroom set with it's dreamy canopy king sized bed  
while it sits atop fine Italian tile flooring  
throughout..................... you'll never want to leave. 
 
While in the suite let the solid chestnut kitchen cabinets and

Across the street you'll enjoy a public golf course, full service

Rental rates quoted are based on Saturday thru Saturday rental period. 
 
Check in at 4 PM  Check out 10 AM at our home on FT. Myers Beach. 
 
August 30, 2008   - December 12, 2008-        $575 week 
December 13, 2008 - April 17, 2009   -     $950 week 
April 18, 2009    - August 28, 2009  -        $575 week 
 
RENTALS SATURDAY THRU SATURDAY ONLY !!   
 
Rental rates quoted do not include room tax or one time cleaning fee. 
 
***  Please contact us for availability and the total cost of your vacation rental. Remember the  
security deposit varies and is refundable provided there is no damage or loss during your stay. 
 
*Holiday weeks add $75 to above rate. 
 
$200 to $400 Security /Reservation Deposit required with all reservations. Your initial reservation  
deposit become your security deposit during your stay !!!   
 
Locally owned and managed- Sat check in/out at our home on Ft. Myers Beach.       
 
4PM Check-in.  10AM Check out.  Late check out subject to additional fee. 
 
Please add Florida and local room tax of 11% & $75 one time cleaning fee  
 
Photo ID required for check-in. No Exceptions. 
 
Reservation request must include names and ages of all tenants.  
 
*****No substitution of tenants prior to or during your stay without advance written permission by  
ownership. Violation of minimum age requirement, sub leasing, leasing using false or misleading  
information, substitution of tenants or additional tenants will result in immediate loss of rental  
accommidations including security deposit prior to or during rental period.  Owners will not be held  
resonsible for tenant(s) loss to to owner policy violations, condominium association violations or  
personal property loss and /or injury while on the property.
