Vacation Rental Description

This is as close to the beach as you can get, and that is why you  
come to Panama City, isnt it? 
Compare the view to all of the other views on other ads. Most of  
them have the pool or the grounds between them and the beach. Ours  
is right on the sand. 
 
Any non-holiday week in November, December or January (with a Saturday check in) is on sale for  
$500 - a huge saving to help you pay for the ridiculous price of gas. 
 
Direct Gulf/Beach Front Condominium with spectacular views of the  
Gulf of Mexico and the sugar white sand beach of Panama City.  Relax  
and enjoy the sunset from the balcony overlooking the  
private beach. For maximum relaxation, this unit is removed from the  
noise of the pool area, yet still only a one minute walk away (which  
is twice as far as from the beach!).  
 
This 5th floor, end unit provides magnificent views up and down the  
beach! The views pictured above are from the living room and the  
master bedroom. The master bedroom wall is all glass and allows  
perfect views of the sand, gulf and blue sky. We fell in love with  
it - so will you! You cannot get closer to the beach 
 
Located on Thomas Drive, which is the more private, secluded section  
of Panama Beach; yet only a short walk to the night life and action  
of Front Beach Road.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This two bedroom, two bathroom condo is designed for the perfect  
vacation, with views of the gulf from the living room,  
the master bedroom and the balcony. The master bedroom and the  
second bedroom each have a queen size bed, and  
there is a fold-out queen size sofa-bed in the living room.  
 
A full kichen, with dishwasher and all dishware, cookware and  
utensils, is included for your convenience.  Two televisions, with  
cable TV, and a DVD and VCR are located throughout the condo.  
Bedlinens and other necessities are provided for your care-free  
holiday.  An in-room washer and dryer make packing easy! Phone with  
free local calls. And even two beach chairs !  
 
On-site parking is available (for more than one car, please let us  
know). 
There is twenty-four-hour security for your family's safety.

Activities and Attractions

The Dunes Of Panama is a first class resort on one of the world's  
most beautiful beaches.  The powder-like sand squeeks beneath your  
toes. The emerald/turquoise ocean is crystal clear and warm like in  
a bathtub. 
 
The complex has 3 gulf-side pools (one seasonally heated)with  
tropical landscaping, tennis court, beach volleyball, game room,  
outdoor BBQ, convinience store and snack bar. 
 
Additional activities available in the immediate vicinity include  
jet skiing, scuba diving, fishing, windsurfing, parasailing and  
golf. Panama City has a Waterpark and Amusement park, as well as  
first class restaurants and night life.

We are a new owner, anxious to provide a few lucky families

8/16/08 - 2/27/09...$790 per week 
2/28/09 - 4/17/09, 5/30/09 - 8/21.....$1400 per week 
4/18/09 - 5/29/09........$700 per week 
 
 
Rates are in $US and subject to change 
Rates are for a maximum of 4 people, additional people are $100  
additional (spring break $200). Holidays extra. 
Rates do not include 10% Florida State Tax. 
There is an additional Cleaning Fee of $75 per stay 
Deposit of 33% (Min. $250)holds the reservation (40% during Spring  
Break) 
Balance of payment due 30 days prior to check in. 
Refundable $400 security deposit ($600 during Spring Break) 
Three day minimum stay. Monthly rates are for 4 calendar weeks. 
We do not control the weather, so there are no refunds that are  
weather realted or due to other acts of God 
Refunds are only made with 3o days notice and if the home is rerented. 
 
Weekly rates are for Saturday to Saturday stays. Monthly rates  
availabe for winters!  We will give snowbirds a  
great deal!
