Totally self-contained upstairs suite in a beautiful new showhome in one of the most sought after  
areas of Kelowna, a world class ski and summer resort destination.  In the back a gorgeous shade  
garden and several huge Ponderosa pine trees and numerous song birds and quail which the owners  
feed.  The suite has charming ceiling lines and large windows, views over an apple orchard and the  
lake with a swimming beach one block away. It has a charming little balcony with a table and two  
chairs.  The full sized stainless steel fridge is stocked with local fruit, eggs, bread, meats and  
cheese so guests can settle in without having to shop for food right away.  Kelowna is noted for its  
beautiful lakes and scenic orchard and winery tours, its many golf courses and fine restaurants.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Top of the line bedding, towels, stainless steel full sized fridge and stove, fully equipped kitchen  
with wine glasses and dishes, stainles steel pots and pans, an eating area with teak table and  
chairs.  The bedroom has a deluxe pillow top queen mattress, a variety of coverlets, duvets and  
cushions, extra pillows and 500 thread cotton bedding, a beautiful hand knotted rug on the floor.  
The living area has teak and leather furniture, extra lamps for reading, cushions and soft blankets  
to wrap up when watching the big screen TV.  The suite has central air conditioning, its own  
staircase through the laundry room, perfectly private.  There is also a small book and video  
collection and desk in the suite, internet hook-up if you wish it.

Activities and Attractions

The house is located one block from a swimming beach, a five minute drive from three wineries and  
the seven mile long pathway along Mission Creek.  In 2009 a fifty meter wave pool will be opened a  
two minute drive away, or ten minute walk.  There are several fine golf courses within a ten minute  
car radius.  In winter two major ski mountains, Big White and Silver Star, are within one hour's  
drive. Kelowna sits almost half way between Banff and Vancouver and has its own unique eco-system  
and climate.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates vary depending on the season.  The suite may be rented by the week or month.  Weekly rates in  
the off season are $600 per week.  (October to May)  Weekly rates in the high season are $800.   
(June to October)  Monthly rates range from $1500 in the winter season to $2500 in summer.  Taxes  
are included, as is internet access and phone use for local calls.  All utilities, plus cable  
service, are included.
