Inspiring Mountain View Condo....the above views are from our patio  
on the top floor of our corner unit condo in the sought after 
south-end of Palm Springs. 
  Large sliding glass doors open to the sunny private patio from the  
living  room and both bedrooms, offering views of the numerous palm 
trees, mountains and manicured grounds that are illuminated at night. 
  The Biltmore offers a quiet relaxing environment, there is a large  
pool and generous spa surrounded by an ample amount of chairs and 
lounges, the grilling pavillion is also located in this area 
surrounded by palms and flowers!. Relaxing  resort-like setting! 
 The elevator is located just around the corner. We have covered  
assigned parking near the entrance. 
  The Biltmore is minutes to Palm Springs vibrant downtown, shops,  
golf courses, restaurants, casino's and walking distance to a large  
variety of restaurants most with entertainment. 
 Biltmore Phase II complex was renovated in 2006.

• Very clean 2 bedroom, 2 bath. The master bedroom has an en-suite 
   w/walk-in  shower, the guest bathroom contains a bathtub/shower. 
• The large master bedroom contains a king size bed with a Sleep 
   Therapy Mattress®. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and there 
   is a full size sofa sleeper in the L-shaped living room. 
• Both bedrooms, living room and patio have  ceiling fans. 
• 3 TV's, MBR and living room has a DVD/VCR, stereo/CD player in LR.  
• Fully furnished with fully equiped kitchen, new appliances, 
   freshly painted, newer linens, newer sofa. 
• Large sunny patio with table, chairs and fabulous views, partial 
pool view. 
• Central air & heat • Cable • Telephone for local calls  
•  Internet access  
• Top floor outside corner unit with (very) private patio. 
• The Biltmore is beautifully lit at night.

• Palm Springs offers something for everyone! 
• World class dining, casino action and nightlife. 
• The neighbourhood is delightfull to walk around, the Deepwell area  
   was home to many movie stars, enjoy a celebrity tour. There are  
   mountain hiking trails and some of Palm Springs most prestigious 
   golf courses, country clubs and spas nearby. 
• Miles of bicycle trails & horseback riding (rentals available).   
• Historic downtown Palm Springs has blossomed in the past few years  
   offering big city amenities in a small town atmosphere. 
• The new Palm Springs tram rotates 360 degrees. 
• Just a few blocks to grocery stores, shopping and with-in walking 
   distance of a variety of restaurants, The Cedar Creek Inn, Europa 
   at Villa Royalle, Dave's Hideaway and Lyons English Grille, they 
   also offer live entertainment in the dining room or lounge. A few  
   blocks further is The Rock Garden Cafe, The Country kitchen (locals  
   favourite)& downtown Palm Springs.

April thru May $1750 per month - $650 per week 
June thru Sept $1500 per month - $500 per week 
October thru November $1500 per month - $660 per week 
• Holiday Weeks...rates may be higher than listed.   
• ****7 NIGHT RENTAL MINIMUM ***** 
• Refundable security deposit $150 for a week or $250 for one month. 
• No smoking inside condo.
