Vacation Rental Description

*** Fall Special -- $850/week *** 
My condo is an nice 2BR/2BA oceanfront unit on a no-drive beach with  
great views of the Atlantic Ocean and a white sand beach. Amenities  
include 32" flat screen HDTV with DVD player (living room), 27" TV  
with DVD/VCR (BR), cable TV service, radio/CD player unit, free high  
speed internet with Wi-Fi, Dell desktop computer and free long  
distance phone service to US & Canada.  We also have a laundry room  
with a new washer & dryer. The pool and sundeck are located on the  
rooftop.  The unit is within a short walk of Chase's Beachfront  
Restaurant, the Food Lion Grocery Store, and the 7-11 Convenience  
store. Automobiles are prohibited on our section of the beach which  
makes the beach safer for small children at play and more relaxing  
for beach walkers!  
 
No smoking is allowed inside the condo!  
 
Clean linens and towels are provided!

Refund / Cancellation Policy:The deposit for your reservation is  
fully refundable if notice is  
given within 30 days of the arrival date. If the notice is given  
less than 30 days before  
scheduled arrival, a refund will still be granted if the property is  
re-rented or the same  
time period and under the same terms as your reservation agreement.  
In case of a  
hurricane or other natural diasater which interrupts your visit on  
New Smyrna Beach, FL,  
your deposit and any unused portion of your rental fee will be  
returned to you within  
three weeks of your departure!
