Simply the best view. Spectacular white water views of the rough and
the wild northern pacific ocean. The house is nested in a very
private setting 180 ft above the bluff. The sea can be seen and
heard from all the rooms in the house. Enjoy whale watching,
gorgeous sunsets and moonsets, wild life sightings, and the expanse
of the pacific. 2 story house, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. We have 2
queen
beds in the downstairs bedroom and 1 king bed in the master bedroom.
The house and the outside premises are a non smoking environment. No
pets. Maximum occupancy is 6 adults only.

The house is equipped with a hot tub on the deck, phone, Satellite
TV, DVD player, Stereo, CD Player, Full Kitchen (Cooking
utensils provided), Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Washer,
Dryer and Charcoal Grill (BBQ). The Master bedroom has a King bed
and a private bathroom overlooking at the ocean. The 2nd bedroom
downstairs has 2 Queen size beds and a private bathroom.
Broadband wireless internet is available.

$250.00/night for 2 people. $15 extra per person up to 6 total. 2
nights minimum.
$1500.00 per week (for 2 people). $90 extra per person up to 6 total.
Monthly rates are negotiable.
11% Mendocino tax applies.
$100.00 cleaning fee per stay.
$100.00 refundable security deposit per stay.
